As a CBD hemp oil retailer, there are a few CBD frequently asked questions you should be prepared to answer. In our experience, we have come across the same questions time and again. This blog provides current and potential US Hemp Wholesale partners with the answers to the questions we most frequently encounter.
The Importance of Providing Quality Customer Service
So that you can provide excellent customer service to your patrons, we have provided the answers to a number of CBD frequently asked questions. Customer service plays a large role in retail and good customer service is imperative. The experience your customer has with your business can influence not only their opinion of your retail site but the opinions of others as well. Quality customer service can impact sales, returning customers, and referrals.
Becoming an Expert in the Field
We encourage all of our wholesale partners to become experts in the field. Knowledge of the hemp industry will be evident in everything that you do. Not only will it be of benefit to your customers, but it will also benefit the quality of your business.
This blog is meant as a jumping off point and is by no means a comprehensive list of the questions you will come across. Thankfully, there is an abundance of information on the industry in print and online. As the industry continues to grow, as does the amount of information surrounding it!
CBD Frequently Asked Questions and Answers
Will CBD show up on a drug test?
It is unlikely that CBD will show up on a drug test, but we cannot guarantee any results. While there are only trace amounts of THC in our hemp products, there are some drug tests that check for a full-spectrum of cannabinoids.
What serving size should I take?
Each body is different so serving sizes will vary from person to person. We suggest starting with the serving size on the bottle for the first week. CBD builds up in your system so after the first week you should start to see the results you’re looking for. If not, increase the dosage for the next week. Continue this until the desired effects are reached.
Does CBD interact with medication?
We always recommend consulting your physician before starting a new food supplement.
Is CBD legal?
Yes, hemp-derived CBD oil is legal in the U.S. under the 2018 Farm Bill. Under this bill, hemp is defined as containing 0.3% or less THC.
Will CBD get me high?
No. CBD does not contain the psychoactive properties that are found in THC.
What are the side effects of CBD?
For some, CBD can be relaxing. As with any oil, if you take too much it may cause an upset stomach.
